1. Item Eligibility & Authenticity

All consigned item(s) must be authentic, original, and in good condition, free from alteration or counterfeit status.

The Owner guarantees the authenticity of all item(s) and agrees to provide proof of purchase and/or authenticity upon request. The Owner assumes full responsibility for any misrepresentation of the item(s).

2. Pricing & Seller's Fee

The final selling price shall be mutually agreed upon by both parties.

A fixed ten percent (10%) seller's fee will be deducted from the final selling price upon successful sale of the item(s).

• If the Owner requests the return of unsold item(s) within two (2) months from the consignment start date, a 10% seller's fee will still apply based on the agreed value of the item(s).
• If the Owner requests the return of any unsold items after two (2) months, a 2% seller's fee will apply based on the total price of the unsold item(s).
• Payment of the applicable fee must be received before dispatching the item(s) back to the Owner.

No upfront fees are required, and there is no obligation to sell if the item(s) remain unsold; however, applicable seller's fees will apply if the Owner requests the return of the item(s).

3. Payment to Owner

Payment to the Owner shall be made via bank transfer within two to three (2–3) working days after:

• The item has been successfully sold; and
• Full payment from the buyer has been received and cleared.

4. Care, Storage & Liability

The Consignor agrees to store and handle all consigned item(s) with reasonable care and security.

The Consignor shall not be held liable for loss, theft, or damage unless proven to be caused by negligence.

The Owner is solely responsible for arranging any insurance coverage for the consigned item(s), if desired.

5. AUTHENTICATION PROCESS

ALL ITEM(S) MAY UNDERGO AN AUTHENTICATION PROCESS.

IF ANY ITEM IS DETERMINED TO BE COUNTERFEIT, INAUTHENTIC, OR MISREPRESENTED, IT WILL BE RETURNED TO THE OWNER IMMEDIATELY.

IN SUCH CASE, A TEN PERCENT (10%) SELLER'S FEE WILL BE CHARGED BASED ON THE AGREED VALUE OF THE ITEM(S), AND MUST BE PAID BY THE OWNER PRIOR TO RETURN OR RELEASE OF THE ITEM(S).

THE OWNER ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR REPUTATIONAL CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM COUNTERFEIT GOODS.

6. Market Price Adjustment & Early Withdrawal

If the consigned item(s) are determined by the Consignor to no longer be reasonably priced or competitive with the current market value, the Consignor reserves the right to request a price adjustment from the Owner.

If a revised price cannot be agreed upon, the Consignor may request the withdrawal of the item(s). The Owner will be notified, and the item(s) may be pulled out with at least one (1) week notice, and shipped back to the Owner at the Owner's expense.

• Early Withdrawal Within 2 Months: A 10% seller's fee applies.
• Withdrawal After 2 Months: A 2% seller's fee applies based on the total price of the unsold items.
• Payment of the applicable fee must be received before dispatching the item(s) back to the Owner.

No upfront fees are required, and there is no obligation to sell if the item(s) remain unsold; however, applicable seller's fees will apply if the Owner requests the return of the item(s).

7. Duration, No Commitment & Termination

The consignment period begins on the date the item(s) are received by the Consignor.

There is no fixed selling commitment. The Owner may request withdrawal of any unsold item(s) at any time by sending a written request via WhatsApp or email.

Upon termination:

• Unsold item(s) will be shipped back to the Owner at the Owner's expense
• Shipment will be arranged once the return request is confirmed
• The Consignor shall not be held responsible for item(s) that remain unpaid for shipment after confirmation of the return request

8. Buyer Default & Owner Item Retrieval

Where a consigned item is placed under a layaway agreement with a buyer, the following conditions apply:

A. Layaway Deposit

• A minimum non-refundable deposit of thirty percent (30%) of the agreed item price is required to reserve the item under a layaway program.
• The remaining balance shall be settled in equal monthly installments as agreed upon at the time of reservation.

B. Buyer Default

• If a buyer misses two (2) consecutive monthly installment payments, the layaway agreement shall be automatically considered void.
• The buyer's deposit shall be fully forfeited with no refund or store credit issued.
• The item shall be returned to active inventory or released back to the Owner upon request.

C. Owner Item Retrieval Following Buyer Default

• Should the Owner choose to retrieve the item following buyer default, a 2% service fee based on the total agreed item value shall be charged in favor of Current Closeth UAE — in recognition of the selling effort, client management, and layaway administration rendered.
• This fee applies regardless of whether the Owner has already received the deposit remittance.
• The item will only be released upon full settlement of the 2% service fee.
• The Owner's previously received remittance shall not be deducted or refunded by Current Closeth UAE.

D. Owner-Initiated Pull-Out of an Active Layaway Item

⚠️ PULL-OUT IS STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED once an item is under an active layaway agreement with a confirmed buyer deposit.

• The Owner may not request, initiate, or demand the return of any consigned item that is currently reserved under an active layaway agreement.
• By entering into a consignment agreement with Current Closeth UAE, the Owner acknowledges and accepts that once a buyer's deposit has been received and confirmed, the item is legally committed to the layaway program until the agreement is completed or voided due to buyer default.
• Any attempt by the Owner to pull out an item under active layaway shall be considered a breach of this consignment agreement.
• Current Closeth UAE reserves the right to take appropriate action to protect the buyer's rights and the integrity of the transaction.

By consigning item(s) to Current Closeth UAE, the Owner acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions stated in this agreement.
