Refund / Exchange Eligibility

Refund or exchange will only be accepted if:

• The item has undisclosed major flaws not mentioned in the description.

• The item is proven inauthentic with valid supporting documentation.

Requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item, with clear photos and supporting details. If no update or complaint is made within 24 hours upon delivery, the item will be considered accepted in good condition.

Refund / Exchange Will Not Be Accepted If:

• Delay is caused by the courier or shipping company (beyond our control).

• The customer changes their mind after purchase.

• The customer doubts authenticity while the item is in transit.

• The customer fails to track or receive their shipment on time.

• Minor signs of wear are consistent with the stated condition.

• Fit, size, or color concerns due to lighting or screen differences.
