Maximum Term:
The maximum layaway period is 5 months from the deposit date.

Deposit Requirement:
A minimum 30% deposit is required to reserve an item.
⚠️ The deposit is generally non-refundable.

Payment Schedule:
Payments are flexible within the 5-month period.
A 5% additional fee will apply to any balance not received by the scheduled payment date.

Delivery Policy:
Items will only be released upon full payment.

Item Condition During Layaway:
If an item becomes damaged or broken while under layaway (not due to customer misuse), the customer is entitled to a full refund including the deposit and payments made.

⚠️ Cancellation & Non-Payment Policy (Important)

If no payment is made for two consecutive months, the layaway will be automatically cancelled.

Upon cancellation, the 30% deposit will be forfeited.

If you wish to cancel within 1 month from the deposit date, the request may be accepted. In such cases, only 10% of the deposit will be refunded, and the remaining portion will be retained as a processing and reservation fee.

If the layaway is cancelled after 1 month, the deposit becomes fully non-refundable.

Any balance not completed within the 5-month term will result in automatic cancellation under this policy.

LAYAWAY POLICY (Consignment Items)

We are pleased to offer a layaway option for selected consignment items under the following terms:

1. Down Payment
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the item.

2. Layaway Period
Layaway is valid for a maximum of 2 months (60 days) from the date of reservation.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments are flexible within the 2-month period.
• Clients may pay in partial amounts at their convenience, provided the full balance is completed within the agreed timeframe.

4. Late Payment Fee
A 5% additional fee will be applied to any remaining balance not settled by the agreed payment date.

5. Cancellation Policy

• If no payment is made or payment terms are not followed, the layaway will be automatically cancelled.
• All payments made, including the deposit, are strictly non-refundable.
• The item will be returned to active listing and made available to other buyers.

6. Item Reservation

While under layaway, the item is reserved exclusively for the client and will not be offered to other buyers unless the agreement is cancelled.

7. Agreement Confirmation
By placing an item on layaway, the client agrees to all terms and conditions stated above.
