Yes. All items sold by Current Closeth UAE are 100% authentic. We carefully inspect and verify each piece before listing. Shop with confidence.
2. Are the items brand new?
We sell both preloved and unused items. Each product description clearly states the condition and rank for transparency.
3. What does the condition ranking mean?
Our condition ranks help describe the overall state of the item:

Like New – Almost no signs of use.

Rank A – Excellent condition with minimal signs of wear.

Rank AB – Very good condition with light visible wear.

Rank B – Noticeable signs of use but still functional and presentable.
Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are only accepted if the item has undisclosed major flaws or is proven inauthentic. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
5. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We may offer layaway or installment options on selected items. Please contact us directly for availability and terms.
6. How long does shipping take?
Within UAE: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
International: 5–10 business days depending on destination.
Tracking details will be provided once the item has been shipped.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.
8. Can I reserve an item?
Items are reserved only upon confirmed payment or deposit (if applicable). We operate on a first-paid, first-served basis.
9. Can I request additional photos or videos?
Yes. We are happy to provide additional photos or videos upon request before purchase.
10. What happens if my package is delayed?
Delivery delays caused by courier companies are beyond our control. Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments once dispatched.
