Refund/Exchange

At Current Closeth UAE, we value your trust and aim to provide you with authentic preloved & unused luxury items. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order:

Refund/Exchange is only accepted if:

- The item has undisclosed flaws not mentioned in the description.

- The item is proven inauthentic with valid proof.

Refund/Exchange will NOT be accepted if:

- Delay is caused by the courier/shipping company (this is beyond the seller’s control).

- Customer changes their mind after purchase.

- Customer doubts authenticity while the item is in transit (all our items are guaranteed authentic).

- Customer fails to track or receive their own shipment on time.

If no update/complaint is made within 24 hours upon receiving the item, it will be considered as accepted in good condition.

Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to track and claim their shipments once dispatched.

Authenticity Guarantee
All our items are 100% authentic shop with confidence.


Layaway Policy

Maximum Term:
The maximum layaway period is 5 months from the deposit date.

Deposit Requirement:
A minimum 30% deposit is required to reserve an item.
⚠️ The deposit is strictly non-refundable.

Payment Schedule:
Payments are flexible within the 5-month period.
A 5% additional fee will apply to any balance not received by the scheduled payment date.

Delivery Policy:
Items will only be released upon full payment.

Item Condition During Layaway:
If an item becomes damaged or broken while under layaway (not due to customer misuse), the customer is entitled to a full refund including the deposit and payments made.


⚠️ Cancellation & Non-Payment Policy (Important)

  • If no payment is made for two consecutive months, the layaway will be automatically cancelled.

  • Upon cancellation, the 30% deposit will be forfeited.

  • If you wish to voluntarily cancel your layaway, please note that the deposit remains non-refundable.

  • Any balance not completed within the 5-month term will result in cancellation under this policy.

Consignment Agreement :

 

1. Item Eligibility & Authenticity

All consigned item(s) must be authentic, original, and in good condition, free from alteration or counterfeit status.

The Owner guarantees the authenticity of all item(s) and agrees to provide proof of purchase and/or authenticity upon request. The Owner assumes full responsibility for any misrepresentation of the item(s).

2. Pricing & Seller’s Fee

The final selling price shall be mutually agreed upon by both parties.

A fixed ten percent (10%) seller’s fee will be deducted from the final selling price upon successful sale of the item(s).

There are no upfront fees and no selling commitment if the item(s) remain unsold.

3. Payment to Owner

Payment to the Owner shall be made via bank transfer within two to three (2–3) working days after:

• The item has been successfully sold; and
• Full payment from the buyer has been received and cleared.

4. Care, Storage & Liability

The Consignor agrees to store and handle all consigned item(s) with reasonable care and security.

The Consignor shall not be held liable for loss, theft, or damage unless proven to be caused by negligence.

The Owner is solely responsible for arranging any insurance coverage for the consigned item(s), if desired.

5. Authentication Process

All item(s) may undergo an authentication process.

If any item is determined to be counterfeit, inauthentic, or misrepresented, it will be returned to the Owner immediately.

The Owner assumes full responsibility for any legal, financial, or reputational consequences arising from counterfeit goods.

6. Duration, No Commitment & Termination

The consignment period begins on the date the item(s) are received by the Consignor.

There is no fixed selling commitment. The Owner may request withdrawal of any unsold item(s) at any time by sending a written request via WhatsApp or email.

Upon termination:

• Unsold item(s) will be shipped back to the Owner at the Owner’s expense.
• Shipment will be arranged once the return request is confirmed.
• The Consignor shall not be held responsible for item(s) that remain unpaid for shipment after confirmation of the return request.

 

DROPSHIPPING CONSIGNMENT 

  • All items are shipped directly by the owner (Consignor) to the buyer.
  • Ownership of the item remains with the Consignor until sold and delivered.

  • Shipping will be booked by the shop/seller (Consignee).

  • Shipping fees are shouldered by the owner (Consignor) and will be deducted or considered in the final payout.

  • Payment to the owner will be released only after the buyer confirms receipt of the item and no complaints or disputes are raised.

  • The seller (Consignee) acts only as a sales/marketing agent and is not responsible for shipping delays or courier issues once the item is dispatched.

  • Dropshipping means the owner (Consignor) already has their own buyer or source of buyers, and the seller (Consignee) only assists in marketing and transaction handling.

By joining this dropshipping consignment, the owner agrees to all terms stated above.
